GenExecutive was founded on one belief: the best founders and executives shouldn't be buried in logistics. We take over the admin that fills a week, build the custom tools a business has outgrown its spreadsheets for, and put AI agents on the repetitive work, so the person meant to be growing the business gets to do that instead.

We work with small businesses, coaches, consultants and scaling teams in the US and UK.

What we do

We build custom tools and apps: dashboards, custom CRMs, client portals, RAG chatbots and a company brain your team can ask anything, built with AI in the loop so they ship far faster than a traditional agency would. Our back-office support takes over inbox, calendar, invoicing, suppliers and research. And our AI agents and automations remove the repetitive steps in between: lead routing, CRM updates, email triage, onboarding and reporting.

Software is fast and never forgets; people understand context and can be trusted with your name on a message. Every plan uses both: automation takes the mechanical steps, and an experienced assistant handles, reviews and approves the rest.

Nothing sensitive goes out unreviewed

Refunds, contracts and anything sent under your name go through human-in-the-loop review. Automation speeds the work up; it doesn't make your decisions.

You own what we build

Code, data and automations live in accounts you control, and are documented and handed over with training, so your team is never dependent on us to understand them.

Clear prices, no lock-in

Back-office support is monthly and can be paused anytime; tools and automations are fixed-price projects, quoted before we start.
